It’s one thing to know what makes people happy, but quite another to live a happy life oneself. I didn’t get a true taste of happiness until I quit my decade-long career as a happiness academic, packed all I’d need for many months onto a bicycle, and began meandering my way around the world to Bhutan.

Christopher holds an Honarary position as a Research Associate at Stirling Management School. Christopher graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc in Economics in 2005. He then moved to the University of Warwick to complete an MSc in Economics. At Warwick he then became interested in psychology and in 2009 completed a PhD in Psychology on the topic of subjective well-being.
