My advice to any young person at the beginning of their career is to try to look for the mere outlines of big things with their fresh, untrained and unprejudiced mind.

Big things have small beginnings.

If you take care of the small things, the big things take care of themselves. You can gain more control over your life by paying closer attention to the little things.

If you are going to achieve excellence in big things, you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude.
